In this role, you'll provide essential support to our accounting operations — helping us stay accurate, efficient, and on top of our financial processes.

About this Role

The Accounting Clerk supports RealCraft’s day-to-day accounting departmental needs, including processing accurate and timely AP and expenses under the supervision of the Staff Accountant.

Position responsibilities

Upload vendor invoices to QuickBooks

Collaborate with the Warehouse to reconcile Purchase Orders in QuickBooks and with vendors.

Operate shared accounting emails when forward-facing with vendors.

Other projects and support as needed.

What we are looking for

At least 1 year of relevant professional or educational experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Knowledge of these systems would be helpful, but not required: Shopify, ADP, RAMP, and Hubspot.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to prioritize and organize efficiently.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Position Details

· A salary of $23 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.

· Part-time, on-site position (around 10-12 hours/week, 2 or 3 days each week)
