We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Responsibilities:
Calculate costs of goods and services
Track and record deliveries to customers
Create & Distribute invoices for sales
Manage third party vendors
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office support tasks
Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices
Manage Excel spreadsheets
Track & Record Purchase orders
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, finance, customer relations, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
