Review daily receiving logs to prep vendor invoices for Accounts Payable
Reconcile shipping shortages/damages with vendors and request credit memos
Respond to customer and vendor emails professionally
Process shipped packets to generate customer invoices in QuickBooks
Input cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
Order and manage office supplies inventory
Assist with collections and special accounting projects
Light HR support (document management, ISO records)
Heavy data entry (alpha/numeric), paperwork handling, and filing
QuickBooks experience preferred (A/P & A/R functions)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Can build simple spreadsheets and formulas
10-key by touch and accurate typing skills
Highly detail-oriented — you double-check your work
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
