As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing and payment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
