    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA, 91764. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.     Responsibilities

    • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing and payment issues.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Microsoft Excel

    Salary info:

    $23 - $25 / hr
