    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As an essential part of our finance department, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.     Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
    • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.
    • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial databases.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

    You should be proficient in:

    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    Salary info:

    $23 - $25 / hr
