Why this role matters

You’ll help keep the company’s financial engine running smoothly by maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting collections, and strengthening the link between AP, AR, and reporting. Your work ensures timely cash flow, clean reconciliations, and reliable data that leaders can trust for decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Accounts Receivable & Collections Management: Manage collection activities, including monitoring aging and engaging customers, to maintain strong AR health and accurate customer balances.
• General Accounting & Reconciliation: Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules supporting monthly close and financial reporting.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: Assist across AP, AR, and Operations to investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting variances.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Maintain data accuracy across ERP and supporting systems, ensuring clean, audit-ready documentation.
• Systems & Data Integrity: Support process improvements, internal controls, and system efficiencies within the Accounting team.

What you’ll bring

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years in accounting, AR, or collections (services/agency a plus).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfort with accounting tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail; clear, proactive communication.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment with cross-functional teammates.
