    We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Commissions Manager to keep our financial operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Process all agent commission payments • Run payroll • Prepare the annual budget • Attend monthly budget meetings with leadership • Balance and reconcile all bank accounts • Maintain direct, regular communication with agents and the Director of Property Management What We're Looking For: • Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance • Experience with commissions and/or payroll processing • Comfortable working closely with agents and leadership • Organized, reliable, and detail-driven • A good sense of humor doesn't hurt If you love clean books, hitting deadlines, and budgets, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Verify general ledger accounts, investigate and correct account discrepancies, and review daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability • Track and record all accounts receivable accurately, while also generating and managing accounts payable invoicing • Oversee the daily accounting operations by developing monthly projections and yearly budgets • Execute payroll audits monthly and provide paychecks to all employees Process all agent commissions daily Qualifications: • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred Compensation: 27.00-32.00
