Accounting Coordinator
The Embassy Suites by Hilton/Homewood Suites Newark Wilmington South is hiring a Hotel Accounting Coordinator. The hotel accounting clerks responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and preparing reports in support of the Dual Property Director of Finance. Responsibilities: • Record daily revenue • Process invoices and accounts payable • Reconcile accounts and bank statements • Prepare financial reports and other information • Assist with payroll administration • Track expenses and disbursements • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies • Maintain contact with vendors and clients • Respond to internal requests and messages • Run accounting software programs to process transactions Qualifications: • Prior hotel accounting experience or other relatable role experience • Hilton experience/QNQ preferred • M3 experience preferred
