Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team following the retirement of a long-tenured staff member. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, analytical, and eager to support a collaborative finance team. We welcome both mid-level candidates and entry level applicants willing to learn.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Completed weekly for all IIANC entities
Employee Credit Card Program: Administration and reconciliation
Grant Reimbursement Tracking: As needed for the IIANC Education Foundation
Income Transfers: Monthly/Quarterly calculations for commission income
Billing: Leased employees and related expenses
Investment Accounting: Monthly journal entries
Revenue Sharing Arrangements: Quarterly calculations and payments
Annual Audit Support: Preparing schedules and pulling documentation
Annual 1099 Preparation: Track info year-round and compile/prepare annually
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to problem solve
Self-starter who works well independently within a small team
Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:
Sage Intacct
BTCore (Salesforce)
ProTech
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
