We’ve been a cornerstone of the local market for 40 years. Our Gaithersburg/Crown office is our primary hub, and we’re looking for a sharp, dependable Accounting Coordinator to join our team.

    The Role

    This is a hands-on, in-office position that sits at the center of our financial operations. You’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate commission disbursements, and serve as the primary point of contact for accounting-related questions from our agents and staff. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated commission processor and report directly to the broker/owner.

    What You’ll Do

    Oversee daily commission disbursement processing in coordination with our commission processor

    Manage accounts receivable, including agent billing and monthly fee collection

    Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and rent obligations

    Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks

    Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports for ownership

    Respond to agent inquiries related to commission payments and transactions

    Coordinate with our affiliated mortgage company on shared financial activity

    Support the broker/owner with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

    What We’re Looking For

    3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

    Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately

    Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities

    Professional, clear communication — you’ll interact with agents regularly

    Real estate or title company experience is a plus, but not required

    What We Offer

    Competitive salary: $55,000 – $68,000 based on experience
