About the Role:
A growing organization in the project-based services industry is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee the full accounting lifecycle and provide strategic financial leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, credit, and financial risk to ensure ongoing financial stability.
- Oversee compliance with audits, insurance requirements, licensing, and employment regulations.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor management, invoicing, and collections.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and personnel recordkeeping; support onboarding and HR policy updates.
- Partner with leadership on long-term financial planning, compensation strategy, and business performance initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial visibility.
