FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Our office is looking for new TAX PREPARERS!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED TAX PREPARERS WHO HAVE ALREADY WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY.

REQUIRED TRAININGS ON PROGRAMS USED WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST.

We are hiring full-time, part-time, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns in accordance with policies and laws as well as check returns accurately;

• Provide customers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion;

• Answer questions and provide future tax planning to clients;

• Offer electronic or paper filing services for tax returns;

• Offer any additional products;

• Provide excellent customer service, always put the customer first;

• Answer client calls via our call center routing system;

• Conduct all Company business honestly, within the law, and with the highest integrity;

• Perform various tasks in accordance with our policies and procedures;

• Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns;

• Resolve client complaints or refer situations to supervisor for resolution.

Personal profile:

• Experience as a tax preparer for at least one tax season;

• Team player: Favor the performance of the Company ahead of your personal;

• Friendly;

• Attentive;

• Knowledgeable, fast learner;

• Seeking for new things to learn;

• Bilingual is a plus;

• Fast and efficient.

Conditions of employment:

• Training provided by us before the start of the Tax season;

• Flexible work hours, including weekends;

• All overtime hours are payed at 1.5 rate;
