We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & HR Clerk to support our Finance and Human Resources operations. Responsibilities: • Properly record financial transactions • Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time • Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers • Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance • Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently • Also responsible to maintain all HR files and process all personnel documentation Qualifications: • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required • 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Compensation: $16 hourly
