    We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented financial expert with strong leadership skills to be our hotel's next accounting manager. This position must focus on the bottom line by monitoring internal control systems and making necessary changes to ensure profitability. You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. You should have a bachelor's degree in finance and at least three years of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for multiple properties in accordance with GAAP and hospitality standards • Prepare well-supported balance sheet reconciliations • Analyze operating results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights • Prepare consolidated financial reports for corporate management and ownership groups • Ensure timely and accurate owner, lender, and management reporting • Facilitate and manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing and payments • Prepare rolling cash flow projections • Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices Qualifications: Education • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA certification preferred Experience • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality management or multi-property environments • Experience with hotel/restaurant accounting systems and management company reporting, with M3 experience as a plus Skills • Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting standards and owner reporting • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Hybrid Work Environment • Corporate office with regular interaction 4 days per week • Remote work offered 1 day per week Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
