    Are you an accounting professional looking to join a vibrant team in Plano, TX? ARK Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Manager to be part of our dynamic accounting department. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations for multiple hospitality properties managed by the company. The Accounting Manager ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, owner and management reporting, and strong internal controls across all managed hotels and food & beverage outlets. The Accounting Manager works closely with property-level teams, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for multiple properties in accordance with GAAP and hospitality standards • Prepare well-supported balance sheet reconciliations • Analyze operating results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights • Prepare consolidated financial reports for corporate management and ownership groups • Ensure timely and accurate owner, lender, and management reporting • Facilitate and manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing and payments • Prepare rolling cash flow projections • Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices Qualifications: Education • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA certification preferred Experience • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality management or multi-property environments • Experience with hotel/restaurant accounting systems and management company reporting, with M3 experience as a plus Skills • Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting standards and owner reporting • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Hybrid Work Environment • Corporate office with regular interaction twice per week Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
