They’re hiring an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, regulatory reporting, and high-impact finance projects that involve cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making.

This is a leadership role for someone who not only understands the technical side of accounting but also brings a forward-thinking mindset—comfortable working with large datasets, optimizing systems, and shaping scalable processes in a complex financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting cycles in compliance with GAAP.

• Drive improvements in accounting processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure.

• Partner with internal teams—finance, IT, operations, and others—to ensure alignment across systems and data.

• Provide insight into financial trends and variances using robust analysis and reporting.

• Support external audits and coordinate with financial institutions as needed.

• Monitor key performance metrics and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 6+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven ability to lead accounting operations in a fast-paced or regulated industry.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working in environments that rely heavily on data to guide decision-making.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial insights clearly.
