Client: National organization managing complex assets and investments

Responsibilities:
- Own financial reporting, technical accounting, and entity-level accounting
- Manage debt accounting, covenant tracking, and reporting
- Review contracts and agreements for accounting implications
- Lead external audit processes and maintain internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally on system improvements and process automation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; active CPA required
- 5+ years combined public/industry experience; Big 4 preferred
- Experience with complex accounting structures, reporting, and financing arrangements
- ERP experience
- Strong technical accounting and Excel skills
