Growing real estate investment and property management firm.

Responsibilities
\- Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
\- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
\- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
\- Lead and mentor a small accounting team
\- Support audits and coordinate with external partners

Requirements
\- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
\- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations
\- Experience managing a team and accounting operations
\- Familiarity with ERP systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) a plus
\- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
