Qualifications: • 2–5+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally within the construction, restoration, or other project-driven industries. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, subcontractor billing, and project-based accounting processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • Experience with accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor preferred); familiarity with industry tools such as DASH, Xactimate, or Encircle is a plus. • Highly organized and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. • Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and meeting deadlines. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
