Responsibilities:
* Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
* Lead general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance
* Drive ERP optimization, automation, and scalable accounting processes
* Prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance
* Mentor and develop junior accounting professionals
* Help transform the finance function through technology and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting foundation, followed by corporate accounting experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms
• A proactive, ownership-minded professional who enjoys solving problems and driving change
