    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, coordinating with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, supporting tax and accounting audits, with support to local and international teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

    • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate with the BPO partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
    • Support tax and accounting audits.
    • Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across different regions.
    • Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with the Treasury department to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
    • Support internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
    • Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
    • Experience working with BPO partners.
    • Experience coordinating with international teams.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP highly preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Additional Information

    The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $160,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

    • ** Physical Demands:** Normal office environment. Will be required to sit for extended periods of time. May require. routinely lifting up to 15 pounds, at times lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling and standing
