We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for a dynamic manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, in-office role, critical to maintaining financial accuracy and driving plant success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions including payroll, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory.
• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and reports.
• Lead monthly and annual closing processes and budget preparations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax laws, and company policies.
• Develop cost reporting mechanisms and manage audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing/production industries.
• 3+ years in a supervisory accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP or Kennedy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Work Environment
