This role will work closely with senior finance leadership to support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making in a construction environment.

Budgets, Change Orders & System Accuracy

    • Maintain budget tracking and support variance analysis tied to goals

    • Oversee entry and/or review of change orders, project budgets, and updates within the accounting system

    • Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and support a small accounting team, ensuring accountability and professional development

    • Promote clear communication, follow-through, and a high standard of work quality

    • Help train team members on workflows, documentation standards, and systems best practices
