  • Responsibilities

    A leading real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring, developing, and managing high-profile real estate assets has an opening for an Accounting Manager. This position will be based in the Firm’s Miami office starting out 4 days a week then will switch to only 3 days a week in the office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders
    • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
    • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
    • Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • 4-6 years of accounting experience; ideally within the real estate and/or financial services industry
    • Advanced Excel skill level
