Are you an experienced Accountant with a background in investments or Real Estate? Do you speak Mandarin Chinese and English fluently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate reports
• Oversee real estate transactions, property management accounting, and construction billings
• Process payroll, tax filings, and vendor payments
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience (real estate/construction industry preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• Bilingual – Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Fully Onsite in Irvine, CA

Salary- up to 90k Annually plus Benefits
