    We’re looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to take ownership of our revenue recognition process and serve as both a technical accounting expert and a business partner to sales and commercial teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong public accounting foundation, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for operationalizing accounting in a high-growth, tech-forward environment.

    This position offers a hybrid setup, requiring just 1–2 onsite days every month or two at our North Kingstown office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the revenue recognition process and ensure compliance with ASC 606.

    • Analyze and interpret complex contracts in partnership with sales and legal teams.

    • Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue-related matters and contribute to deal structuring.

    • Manage monthly close processes, including revenue-related entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.

    • Draft technical memos and coordinate with external auditors for revenue-related audit support.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and implement best practices in revenue operations.

    • Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.

    • 5–8+ years of experience, including significant public accounting background and hands-on revenue accounting in industry.

    • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.

    • Prior experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.

    • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

    • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
