Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 • Comprehensive Health Benefits • Generous Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure accurate general ledger maintenance, and prepare timely monthly financial reports. Dues & Membership Accounting • Oversee the annual dues billing process from initiation to reconciliation and submit new member dues to state and national associations. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with NAR Core Standards and financial solvency requirements; recommend updates as necessary. Committee Liaison • Act as the primary contact for the Financial Audit and Investment Committees, aligning efforts with the association’s financial goals. Strategic Planning Support • Support the execution of financial objectives outlined in the strategic plan. Property & Investment Oversight • Coordinate with property managers to ensure proper financial reporting and effective management of investment assets. Customer Service • Deliver high-quality support to members and industry partners, ensuring excellent service experiences. Operational Efficiency • Manage office supply inventory to ensure seamless daily operations. Key Competencies • Customer Service: Responsive, professional, and member-focused support. • Communication: Clear and effective in both written and verbal interactions. • Attention to Detail: High standard for accuracy in financial documentation. • Adaptability: Skilled in managing shifting priorities and organizational change. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience in business accounting. Accounting Expertise • Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their practical application.
