ACCOUNTING/OFFICE MANAGER
The Accounting/Office Manager is responsible for managing the company’s accounting functions while ensuring efficient office operations. This role acts as a bridge between finance and administration, supporting leadership and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Financial Management:
· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payables/receivables, payroll and general ledger.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for external accountants.
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations reporting and payments.
Office Administration:
· Manage office operations, supplies and vendor relationships.
· Maintain office policies and procedures.
Human Resources:
· Onboarding, maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
· Support performance reviews and maintain HR compliance documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of GAAP, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
· Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
· Ability to communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and leadership.
· Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and MS Office Suite.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in accounting and office management.
