    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable professional to provide accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative support for both clients and internal operations. This team-focused role collaborates with others to support office and client goals while maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial, employee, and client information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
    • Post revenue, prepare financial reports, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
    • Process biweekly, quarterly, and annual tax deposits and filings.
    • Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
    • Provide general office support, including answering phones, handling mail, greeting visitors, and assisting team members to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or business office experience
    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Collaborative and team-oriented
    • Able to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and with attention to detail
    • Handle confidential financial, client, and employee information with discretion
    • Experience with HR or benefits management is a plus
    • Experience with financial systems required
    • Experience with EHRs, time clocks, or other office software preferred
