Responsibilities: • What You'll Do You'll be responsible for helping keep the financial and operational side of the firm running efficiently, including: Managing bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records Processing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Assisting with payroll and employee reimbursements Supporting budgeting and financial reporting Maintaining QuickBooks and ensuring data accuracy Managing office supplies and administrative operations Coordinating calendars, scheduling, and internal logistics Assisting with VIP client support and special projects Collaborating with every department to improve systems and efficiency Taking ownership of projects that help the firm continue to grow Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or a similar operations role Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll support Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred) or similar accounting software Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive financial and employee information Self-starter with an owner mentality who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Compensation: $65,000
