We’re seeking an experienced Accounting & Operations Manager with a strong foundation in office management and deep familiarity with GAAP-compliant community association accounting.

    About the Role

    You’ll be the central force behind our financial reporting and day‑to‑day operations. This position blends analytical accounting responsibilities with hands‑on office oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and leading with structure and clarity.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare, review, and analyze community association financial statements in accordance with GAAP

    Manage AP, AR, general ledger activity, and month‑end close

    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple associations

    Lead office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, organized systems, and effective communication

    Maintain vendor relationships and monitor contract compliance

    Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes for accuracy and efficiency

    Provide financial reports and operational insights for board meetings

    Support staff and leadership with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in office management and operational coordination

    Strong background in GAAP accounting, preferably within community associations (HOAs, POAs, COAs)

    Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly

    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

    Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

    Experience with Enumerate Central and Enumerate Engage (formerly TOPS Enterprise) is strongly preferred

    Starting compensation is commensurate with experience, with a significant increase available once proficiency and performance are demonstrated
