    What You’ll Do

    As an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, growing team.

    Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records

    Manage accounts payable and vendor files

    Handle subcontractor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.)

    Assist managers with time approvals in QuickBooks Time

    Reconcile company credit card transactions

    Perform basic job costing and data entry in company systems

    Provide administrative support to the accounting team

    Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial standards

    Assist employees with software access for company

    Asset management- including vehicle and equipment/software inventory and managing quality assurance and tracking

    Position Details

    Full-time Monday-Friday

    In-office position

    Works closely with Senior Accountant
