Our client, a high-growth company building out its accounting function, is looking to add a Senior Revenue Accountant with deep technical expertise in revenue recognition to support continued scale.

This role is ideal for someone coming from Big 4 who enjoys owning complex accounting areas, interpreting customer contracts, and partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Review customer contracts and assess revenue accounting implications
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and revenue policies
• Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and FP&A on contract structure and deal terms
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close related to revenue
• Assist with financial reporting and revenue-related disclosures
• Support and coordinate with external auditors throughout the audit process
• Help build and improve scalable revenue processes, controls, and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred 
• Big 4 experience required
• Strong, hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Background in audit, technical accounting, revenue accounting, or a combination
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, changing environment
