    Office Services of Columbia, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role functions as a full-charge bookkeeper and requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial data
    • Prepare and analyze balance sheets and income statements
    • Handle sales tax reporting and compliance
    • Oversee daily sales entries and inventory management
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that guide decision-making

    Preferred Experience:

    • Property management and/or restaurant industry accounting experience is a huge plus
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work intuitively and independently
    • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
