Responsibilities of the job:
Daily cost and revenue Auditing
Record Inter-Company accounting transactions with other locations
Trial balance maintenance, including Cash receipts and disbursement activities, and general journal preparation etc.
Perform tasks associated with monthly financial statement closing
Analyze select Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
Research and respond questions from Headquarters or other offices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office & email applications
Intermediate Excel skills, working with multiple spreadsheets, are required
Ability to work independently and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of the team
Well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical abilities, numbers and detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight timelines
Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and evenings
