You’ll work closely with the Controller and accounting staff to manage monthly closings, prepare financial statements, and support audits and budgeting activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership capacity, brings strong technical accounting knowledge, and can balance both detail work and big-picture planning.

    • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports.
    • Maintain and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
    • Respond to internal and external audit requests and support audit readiness.
    • Assist in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; lead monthly variance reporting.
    • Communicate and uphold company policies across the finance function.
    • Demonstrate a hands-on, detail-oriented approach while also conveying key insights to management.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over responsibilities.
    • Valid driver’s license (required).
