Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis
Manage grant budgets, track spending, and ensure compliance with grant terms
Prepare audit schedules, address variances, and collaborate with auditors
Work with grant stakeholders to align payment expectations and manage financial contracts
Qualifications
5–7 years of accounting experience, including audits and financial close processes
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience with healthcare or grant accounting is a plus, but not required—they’ll train the right person
