This mission-driven organization is at the forefront of life-changing behavioral health services, helping individuals reclaim stability and well-being. With a nationwide footprint and over $250 million in annual funding, they’ve built a sustainable, high-impact model of care that blends clinical excellence with compassion. As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting that mission—ensuring financial integrity and accountability across grant-funded programs that directly support individuals and communities in need.

This is a great opportunity for accountants looking to expand into new areas—you don’t need prior experience in grants or healthcare. If you bring strong accounting fundamentals, they’ll teach you the rest.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee month-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis

    • Manage grant budgets, track spending, and ensure compliance with grant terms

    • Prepare audit schedules, address variances, and collaborate with auditors

    • Work with grant stakeholders to align payment expectations and manage financial contracts

    Qualifications

    • 5–7 years of accounting experience, including audits and financial close processes

    • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

    • Experience with healthcare or grant accounting is a plus, but not required—they’ll train the right person

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary range $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)

    • Performance-based bonus opportunities (5% of base salary)

    • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

    • Pathways to leadership roles with exposure to senior management

If you’re a motivated accounting professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization, this role is for you.
