    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Accounting Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will support the accounting department by analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, collecting from clients, and other essential accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills and previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting. The main focus of this role is collecting payments on time and keeping accurate records of cash flow.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments

    Accurately complete transactions

    Reconcile bank statements

    Prepare financial reports

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations

    Collecting monthly payments on time for each account

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

    Previous experience in a similar field such as banking or bookkeeping

    Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn proprietary software

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills

    Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
