About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate administrative functions to enhance office efficiency.
Prepare and process invoices and financial documents.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
