    Do you have a knack for numbers, a sharp eye for detail, and love keeping things organized behind the scenes? Peekskill Coffee is looking for a Part-Time Accounting & Office Assistant to help support our growing family of small businesses.

    🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

    You'll help keep our books clean, our systems running, and our team informed. Responsibilities include:

    ✏️ Accounting + Financial Support:

    · Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable for 4 small entities weekly

    · Process bi-weekly payroll for 2 companies using ADP

    · Adjust QuickBooks transactions for proper account allocation

    · Maintain spreadsheets for sales, labor, payroll averages, and COGS

    · Help generate and review P&L reports, balance sheets, and financial trackers

    · Reconcile invoices and bank activity across platforms (Zelle, Amex, Square)

    🗂️ Office + Admin:

    · Assist in organizing policies, internal documents, and form creation

    · Track inventory and support reporting

    · Update employee POS details (pay rates, clock-ins)

    · Help streamline and improve financial processes

    · Maintain and update our Notion workspace

    ·✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:

    · Have strong Excel and Word skills and are comfortable working with numbers

    · Are highly organized and detail-oriented

    · Are a quick learner who enjoys improving systems and creating structure

    · Understand the basics of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets

    · Can communicate clearly and take initiative

    · Have experience (or are open to learning): QuickBooks, ADP, Notion, POS systems, Square
