We need your desire to help individuals and businesses thrive, help people through the complications of our constantly changing tax laws, and take care of compliance so they can concentrate on running their lives and businesses. • Prepare individual, business, and non-profit tax returns year-round

• Be a trusted accounting and tax advisor

• Work with all types of businesses and industries
• Assist clients with tax and accounting related questions
• Research complex tax issues
• Review accounting system processes and recommend ways to improve them
• Advise clients on entity structures
• Look for tax saving opportunities
• Learn new software and help clients understand how to use it
• Help people plan for the future

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tax and accounting - 3+ years desired
• Fundamental knowledge of tax laws
• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax and Quickbooks helpful
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
