    ACCOUNTINGFLY is a fast-growing SaaS recruitment company in search of Remote Recruiting Sourcer and Screener focused in the Accounting industry, part-time contractor to fill our clients' jobs in the accounting industry. This is a great contract opportunity with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. We have the business - all you need is an internet connection, sourcing ability and tools, and the desire to fill hard to place positions! This position will report to the COO, work closely with recruiters and recruitment team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize job boards to source and screen candidates for hard-to-fill openings in the accounting industry.
    • Use creative sourcing and networking techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
    • Ability to turn passive candidates into applicants.
    • Track sourcing and screening process for each job and candidate in ATS.
    • Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews within 24-hours of application.
    • Present qualified candidates and summary report to Recruiters.
    • Lead ongoing communication with candidates to keep in the pipeline and source to other open positions.
    • Participate in regular recruitment team calls, provide ongoing recruiting updates and client expectations.
    • Promote the Accountingfly brand online.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of solid sourcing experience. Experience in the accounting and finance industry is a plus.
    • Proven success in hard-to-fill sourcing for candidates. 
    • Must have recruiter tools like Linked In Recruiter, and other resume databases.
    • Must have experience and access to tools like Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
    • Must have proven track record in being able to effectively recruit remotely in a home-based office.
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have reliable Wi-fi access and a dedicated workspace.
