Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Specialist - Temporary
AP/AR Specialist – Administrative Assistant - HYBRID - DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH OFFICE LOCATION
Established Pittsburgh based Commercial Real Estate Company looking for a temporary qualified AP/AR specialist with administrative experience during a maternity leave for a hybrid-remote position. We are a small, closely held company with a tradition of impeccable service, innovative projects and high quality properties. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare all accounts payables (Yardi Breeze – PayScan) and receivables (checks/ACH)
· Assist with maintenance of accounts payable/receivable files and records
· Respond to all vendor and tenant inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
· Process tenant payments for commercial/residential properties via remote deposit/ACH payments
· Input all invoices into Yardi PayScan for check runs
· Complete monthly bank reconciliations
· Prepare work orders for maintenance staff and keep track of their billback rates
· Receive and distribute USPS mail to staff
· Track vendor, tenant, client and property insurance
· Assist with special projects as required by property managers
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 2+ years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience
· Property Management Yardi Breeze software is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Able to work independently with minimal direction
· Acute attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
