    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's outgoing financial obligations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining accurate financial records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies

    Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

    Ensure timely payments to vendors, including check runs, ACH, and wire transfers

    Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries professionally

    Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP-related journal entries and reconciliations

    Collaborate with purchasing and other departments to resolve payment and invoice issues

    Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation

    Enforce and contribute to the improvement of AP processes and controls

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise and Cloud)

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
