As this crucial member of our Accounting department, you will help streamline the workflow for our Accounts Payable team! This a great opportunity for someone entering or returning to the accounting field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Turn 14 Distribution is requiring all new employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Turn 14 Distribution will consider applicants who cannot receive the vaccine for medical or religious-based reasons. If hired, candidates will be required to submit proof of vaccination (first dose is acceptable) by the first day of employment. As our AP Administrative Assistant, you will primarily make an impact through:

• Monitoring/managing the Accounts Payable group email
• Processing two-way match invoices.
• Ensure all incoming payables are sent to the correct department.
• Renaming, reorganizing, and updating POs/Invoices as necessary.
• Understanding and communicating accurate information with key stakeholders.
• General administrative duties as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a financial field.
• Proficient in Google programs such as Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Superb time management skills
• Impeccable attention to detail.
