    The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. We are hiring for an accounts payable associate to join our successful team in Raleigh, NC! Our accounting team works Monday- Friday shifts.

    What we are looking for:

    • Someone with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
    • Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills
    • Respond to all vendor inquiries
    • Properly post approved purchase orders and invoices to general ledger accounts
    • Sort, code, review, and verify vendor invoices in a fast-paced environment
    • Print and mail checks to vendors according to payment terms and maintain paid invoice files
    • Review and maintain accounting schedules
    • Maintain W-9 information and annual 1099 reporting
    • Reconcile vendor statements and pay balances owed within agreed credit terms
    • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
    • Assist in month-end closing tasks as assigned
    • All other tasks/projects as assigned
    • Automotive experience preferred
    • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
    • High school diploma or equivalent
