Basic AP work
** Invoicing Processing** experience is a MUST – really all they will be doing
** Reconciliation**
Heavy processing and reconciliation
75-120 invoices are processed daily
2x meetings per week with specific plants to go over supplies / invoices
** Strong MS Excel** experience is needed
Pivot tables
V-lookups
Left/right coordination
Good communication skills
Able to read a PO
SAP – BIG PLUS if they have it
Industry – Manufacturing background would be best
