KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Turn 14 Distribution is requiring all new employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Turn 14 Distribution will consider applicants who cannot receive the vaccine for medical or religious-based reasons. If hired, candidates will be required to submit proof of vaccination (first dose is acceptable) by the first day of employment. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll contribute to our success by working with our warehouses and vendors to:

• Process stock invoices according terms, conditions and special payment programs
• Validate invoices against receiving reports
• Troubleshoot discrepancies with warehouse personnel and receiving records
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies with purchasing department
• Process vendor drop ship invoices for payment
• Collect, post, and prepare credit memos as appropriate
• Manage vendor relationships though phone, email and instant message contact
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Perform various account reconciliations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 1-2 years accounting education or experience
• An analytic approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Superior time management and decision making skills
