Experience with Microsoft office, QuickBooks, and Intuit
3-5 Years of relevant work experience (construction is a plus)
Handle month end closing procedures (credit care reconciliation)
Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments
Organize ACH payments
Entry of general ledger adjustments
Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks
Prepare weekly job related labor hours for management review
Previous experience working with ADP RUN
Other miscellaneous tasks as required
