Streib Company is looking for an accurate, proactive Accounts Payable & Data Entry Clerk to support our finance and admin operations. This position processes high volumes of AP and AR transactions, supports the admin team with phones and filing, and plays a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Enter up to 100+ invoices per day, ensuring high levels of accuracy across multiple systems
Cross-check invoice data with purchase orders, receipts, and job codes to ensure correct routing
Handle both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries and reconciliations
Resolve discrepancies and proactively problem-solve invoice or vendor issues
Back up the admin team with phones, especially during lunches and high-volume times
Maintain current tax exemption forms and monthly monitoring billing for the Systems Division
Keep records up to date and organized for both internal and external audits
Support other admin-related tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in data entry, accounts payable, or administrative finance roles preferred
Must be detail-obsessed , organized, and able to troubleshoot non-standard invoices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and working within a collaborative team
Proficiency with Excel required; QuickBooks, KOJO, and Service Fusion a plus
Able to learn new software quickly and work with minimal supervision
Must maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all work
