    Job Description: We are a growing multi-restaurant group seeking an organized, detail-oriented intern to support our Accounts Payable department. This position is designed to give hands-on experience in restaurant finance operations while providing critical support to the accounting team. Responsibilities

    Reports to: Staff Accountant and Controller

    • Enter invoice data into Restaurant365 with accuracy. • Maintain vendor compliance files, including W-9 and Certificate of Liability Collection • Tracking vendor credits and assisting with reconciliations. • Support weekly payment processing • Report Dailey Sales of all locations to all users • Matching vendor statements against system records to ensure completeness and accuracy • Provide administrative support and maintain digital filing systems.

    Requirements • Currently enrolled in an accounting, finance, or business program (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
